Because of her distinctiveness and vocal talent, she has received high praise and a variety of awards. Her most notable achievement is the fact that she was awarded 3 Grammy awards. She is also the author of the novel for children called River Rose and the Magical Lullaby as well as a member of numerous charitable organizations.
